Helping Great Yarmouth secure over £40 million in Government funding
I’m proud to have been commissioned by Great Yarmouth Borough Council on multiple large scale regeneration projects for the town, creating video content that communicated ambitious plans to residents, businesses and for Government funding bids.
From the Town Deal programme to the Riverside Gateway Levelling Up Fund bid, my films helped bring complex proposals to life through storytelling, filming, including aerial drone footage and carefully planned interviews.
The result?
Over £40 million of Government investment secured for Great Yarmouth.
The Challenge
Turning complex regeneration plans into engaging video.

That required much more than simply filming interviews, and pretty shots.
Every project started with detailed planning, storyboards and scripting to ensure every scene supported the overall message.
Great Yarmouth Town Deal
The Town Deal programme focused on four key themes:

The production combined interviews, aerial drone footage and location filming across the borough to demonstrate how the investment would transform the town.
Result
£20.1 million secured through the Government Town Deal programme.
Riverside Gateway – North Quay
Following the success of the Town Deal project, I was commissioned again to produce the video supporting the Riverside Gateway regeneration bid.
The production involved:
✅ Detailed drone filming around North Quay
✅ Interviews with project stakeholders
✅ Voiceover scripting
✅ Full post-production and editing
The finished film communicated the vision for the Riverside Gateway development in a way that technical reports simply couldn’t.
Result
£20 million secured through the Levelling Up Fund.
